I am here for you
I love what I do. I see therapy as a practice in being present, one day at a time and one moment at a time. My toolbox includes non-judgement, compassion, integrity, authenticity, curiosity, respect, honor, kindness, and fun. Therapy comes in all different forms, pathways, and possibilities. I would love to learn what feels right to you.
I utilize EMDR, Ego State/Parts Work, and somatic interventions to work with your nervous system so you can be present and engage in life and relationships. There is nothing wrong with you and there is nothing to fix. Our work is about healing.
